摘    要:为科学合理地确定战时装备维修备件携运行量,针对战时的特点,分析了战时典型的装备维修备件保障系统的结构和运行规律;通过数学推理,表明备件保障度与战时装备的战备件完好性直接相关,从而确定了系统的量化目标——备件保障度;以满足战时备件保障度为目标,基于战时备件更新过程理论,建立了单不修复部件和多不修复部件的备件携运行量模型,并给出了相应模型的计算机求解过程,为战时装备维修备件的科学决策提供了模型支持。

Abstract:In order to determine the number of spare parts carried by the division and regiment of the Army during wartime, aimed at the characteristics of wartime, the structure and course of the spare parts support system for typical general-purpose equipment are analyzed. Through mathematical analysis, the spare parts supportability is proved to be directly related to the equipment operational readiness. To meet the demand of spare parts supportability during wartime, based on the wartime spare parts renewal process, single non-reparable and multi non-reparable spare parts models are established, and the corresponding computer algorithm is provided to facilitate the solution process. Hereby, the decision-making process of determining the number of needed spare parts is made more scientific and reasonable.
