| 摘 要： | 为了加强个体少数民族大学生民族团结教育,认为高校要坚持以情感教育为基础、以心理疏导为核心、以实际帮助为保障、以行为引导为目标的原则,提出工作中以精细化工作导向、树立大德育观、从抓好队伍、创新机制、更新形式入手,不断提高个体少数民族大学生民族团结教育的实效性。

| Abstract: | National unity is one of the basic characteristics and the core contents of socialist ethnic relations. To enhance the national unity education for minority college students as individuals, this paper presents the view that colleges should take emotional education as the basis, psychological counseling as the core, practical help as the guarantee and behavior instructions as the goal. Moreover, colleges should have work meticulously-planned, take a macro moral view, manage personnel construction properly, innovate mechanism, renew forms and improve the effectiveness of national unity education for minority college students as individual constantly. |
