| 摘 要： | 随着贸易的繁荣,应用型商务人才的需求更加旺盛。据此指出,现今应用型商务人才培养中存在的主要问题;阐述应用型商务人才培养的定位与价值,探讨如何快速有效地培养应用型商务人才,摸索构建地方高校应用型商务人才培养模式,使其商业思维得到最大限度启发,专业能力得以发挥,以点带面,在促进商业发展的同时助力大众创业,万众创新。 |

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of business, the demand for practical business talents is becoming more and more vigorous. Based on the actual situation, this paper points out the main problems in the cultivation of practical business talents and expounds the values and the orientation of such talents, discusses ways to effectively cultivate those talents and ways to build a training mode for the cultivation of such talents in local universities for the purpose of inspiring their innovative business thinking and bringing their practical abilities into full play. It is suggested that a training mode should be taken as an example to promote business development in the whole country and public entrepreneurship and innovation be encouraged as well. |
