锆(Ⅳ)同铁试剂的多元胶束配合物的形成及其荧光光度研究

摘    要:在近中性溶液中Zr(Ⅳ)与F~-、H_2QSI、EDTA和CTMAB可形成多元荧光配合物。配合物的最大激发波长为365nm,最大发射波长为500nm。方法灵敏度高,检出限可达1.2ppb,选择性好,线性范围宽,从而建立了锆的荧光测定的新方法。应用于人工合成试样和铝合金样品分析,获得满意的结果。

Abstract:A new fluorometric method for the determination of zirconium is proposed. In a buffer solution of NH4Ac at pH5. 5 - 7. 0 Zr(IV ) forms multi-micellay - Complex with F-,Perron, EDTA and CTMAB. The complex has a maximum excitation wavelength at 365nm and a maximum emission wavelength at 500nm. The detection limit of 1. 2ppb. The detection good selectivity and wide linearity range. It can be ap-piled to the determination of zircomium in synthetic aluminium-alloys sample with satisfactory results.
