| Abstract: | Based on the introduction of the programming language for Windows-Delphi4.0, the programmingmethod for an important control (TeeChart) in Delphi 4.0's VCL is discussed in detail. A comprehensive proce-dure of utilizing the method through an example is also given in this paper. |
