| 摘 要： | 民族问题是社会总问题的一部分，民族利益关系的和谐是社会主义民族问题的核心。因此，应该采取有力措施，促进民族社会的和谐发展：实现少数民族的脱贫与小康建设和谐对接，促进少数民族的村规民约与民主社会的和谐发展，维护少数民族的民间信仰与社会秩序的和谐稳定。

| Abstract: | Ethnic problem is a part of the social total problems,and harmonious ethnic relationship of benefit is a core of the socialist ethnic problem.In order to promote harmonious ethnic development,we should take energetic measures.It includes: shake off ethnic minorities poverty and come into being well-to-do society,carry the harmonious development between ethnic minorities village rules and democratic society,and maintain unity and stability between ethnic minorities'folk belief and the social order. |
