摘    要:微生物发酵是一类典型的生化反应过程,在各个工业领域的应用都很广泛。针对微生物发酵中的溶解氧浓度、pH和发酵温度彳4用粒子群优化算法的基本原理和算法流程,阐述了基于粒子群优化算法的微生物发酵控制.而后用硬件电路设计实现了微生物发酵过程的控制。实践表明,该控制方法对微生物发酵过程控制性能优良,提高了发酵精度,控制效果显著。

Abstract:Microbial fermentation is a typical class of biochemical reaction process, pervasive applications in various industrial fields. It use particle swarm optimization of the basic principles and algorithms to control the fermentation process for dissolved oxygen concentration, pH and fermentation temperature in microbial fermentation and then, design the hardware circuit. The practice shows that the method has good control performance, improved fermentation precision, a significant effect for the fermentation process.
