摘    要:对柴彪新等报道的高效液相色谱测定鸟氨酸脱羧酶(ODC)活性的方法作了改进.结果表明,改进后的方法更灵敏,更简便,线性范围明显扩大,相关系数为0.9998,显著高于柴彪新等报道的0.9939.同时,新方法还可使苯甲酸和苯甲酰氯降到很低.

Improvement for the high-performance liquid chromatography assay for the activity of ornithine decarboxylase

Abstract:The HPLC method reported by Chai Biao-xin et al for determination of the activity of ornithine decarboxylase was improved. Results indicated that the promoted method was more sensitive and simply for ODC assay. The linear rang was apparently extended and the correlation coefficient was up to 0.9998 which was higher than Chai Biao-xin's 0.9939. The ODC activity in 10 partially hepatectomized rats liver was mensurated by using this promoted method, and it was significantly higher than that of control group.
