基于共生理论的企业招聘策略

摘    要:利用仿生学的理论和方法对企业招聘进行分析和研究,能设计出基于共生理论的企业招聘模型。模型以企业长远发展为目标,重视企业共生伙伴的识别和融合。在模型基础上,可能描述出招聘过程中双向选择的外在表现,同时还能提出共生势态下企业招聘的新对策。

Abstract:The article analyzes and researches the enterprise's recruitment through the theories and methods of bionics, designing the model of enterprise's recruitment based on the symbiosis theory. The model aims to the long-term development of enterprise, attaching importance to the recognition and amalgamation of partners. Then the article describes the external expression of divergent selection on the process of recruitment, and poses several new countermeasures of enterprise's recruitment in the state of symbiosis.
