| 摘 要： | 提出了一套适用于自升式海洋钻井平台的方案评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法进行评价分析,该评价指标体系既可用于方案的选择比较,也可用于同类型平台的先进性评定.经过分析和计算实例证明,该评价指标体系和评价方法是适用和可靠的.同时,该方案评价指标体系和评价方法具有拓展性,可应用于其他类型的移动式平台作为方案选择时的参考依据.

| Abstract: | The evaluation criteria system and evaluation method for self elevating drilling unit were proposed which can be used in ship's type scheme and the ship's advancedness assessment.The availability of evaluation criteria system and evaluation method for the self elevating drilling unit was proved.At the same time,this evaluation criteria system and evaluation method are helpful to make decision for other mobile platforms. |
