摘    要:为了改善在松软煤层浅孔静压注水而引发的封孔困难、工艺复杂和易片帮的情况,在有代表性的芦岭煤矿Ⅱ925综采工作面煤层进行静压注水试验。基于以往的煤层注水理论和煤层实际情况,设计了煤壁浅孔注水方案。通过5种不同的压力进行试验,并基于试验结果的对比分析和筛选,在4种不同压力下添加活性剂进行实验。实验结果表明:低压活性剂注水能提高煤层的注水量,缩短注水时间,并降低了松软煤层注水失败的几率。通过对比,得出结论:低压活性剂静压注水工艺简单,成本低廉,注水成功率较高,并能改善封孔困难、容易片帮等情况。

Experimental and Equipment Application of Hydrostatic Pressure in the Coal Bed of Lu Ling Mine
Abstract:In order to improve the situation of difficulty of hole sealing , complex process and sloughing in stat-ic pressure water injection in soft coal seam shallow hole , this paper carries on the experiment of static pres-sure water injection in Ⅱ925 fully mechanized working face of the representative Lu Ling coal mine .Based on the theory of coal seam water injection and the actual situation of coal seam , it designs the scheme of water in-jection in coal wall shallow hole .Through the five different pressure test , and based on the comparison and a-nalysis of experimental results and screening , experiments were carried out under four different pressure with active agents.The experimental results show that the low pressure with active agent can improve the water in -jection rate of the coal seam , shorten water injection time and reduce the risk of failure in the soft coal seam . By comparison , it is concluded that the low pressure with active agent static pressure water injection process is simple , the cost is lower , the success rate of water injection is higher , and it can improve the situation of seal-ing of the hole and sloughing and so on .
