基于S7-300 PLC的煤地下气化过程监控系统设计

摘    要:为了实时监测煤地下气化生产过程中各种参数的实际运行情况,利用S7-300PLC和Fame View组态软件,设计了煤地下气化实时测控系统。为保障系统安全可靠,现场监控主机采用双机冗余配置,通信网络采用了工业以太网和PROFIBUS-DP现场总线,对供风机和引风机实现了PID控制。实际运行结果表明,该系统能够对煤地下气化生产参数进行有效的实时监测和控制。

Monitoring and control system of UCG process based on S7-300 PLC
Abstract:For monitoring operating parameters of the production process of UCG in real -time, Underground Coal Gasification remote monitoring and control system was designed , based on S7-300 PLC and configura-tion software.In order to guarantee the security and reliability of the system , monitoring host used dual redun-dancy.Ethernet and PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus were used in communication and PID is used in fans control. Running result shows the effectiveness of underground coal gasification real -time monitoring and control system.
