| 摘 要： | 分析我国企业工程技术人员创新能力的现状，说明高等工程教育对工程技术人员的知识、能力、素质的培养起着主要作用，探讨系统培养工科学生创新能力的主要途径。分析产学研合作教育培养创新型人才的优势以及与传统教育的主要区别，对产学研合作教育的几种模式进行了比较，通过在本科生中实施产学研合作教育的初步实践，探讨产学研合作教育对创新型人才培养的有效性，并阐述高校实施创新教育应注意的问题。
