论1927-1937年间国民政府改良传统婚姻制度

南京国民政府成立后,制定民法,改定礼俗,对封建婚姻制度和婚姻习俗进行改良,从法律上废弃了沿袭两千年来的传统婚姻制度,建立起近代改良婚姻制度,具有历史进步意义。但是,由于缺乏执行新法律的有效措施,故改良婚姻制度仅在少数上层人士中获得实行,而对广大社会民众、特别是农民几乎没有发生什么影响。

A Preliminary Study of the Reform of marriage system by the Government of KMT in 1927 -1937

Since the Nanjing Nationalist Government was established,the civil law was made,the custom was revised,and the feudalism marriage system and custom was improved.It has the progressive significance in Chinese history that the feudalism marriage system was abandoned legally which has been carried on two thousand years,and the modern marriage system was established.However,due to lack of the effective measures that executing the new law,ameliorating marriage has been implemented in the minority middle-class or upper-class person,has not any influence with the society people especially peasants.
