| Abstract: | An applicable urban land rating and pricing computer aided system and its principle, characteristics and some new methods are indroduced in the paper. The system can run in the gencral computer hardware and software environment. Characteristic of multi-functions, accurate calculation and good man-machine interface, the system has been applied in the urban land rating and land basic price estimation of Fuzhou City and Changle City of Fujian Province, showing very good results. Some new viewpoints on urban land rating and land basic price estimatation are aiso discussed in the paper. |
