| 摘 要： | 文章分析了西部边远地区高专独立升本中存在的制约因素,提出了通过股份制、举债、BOT等方式解决学校发展资金不足的思路,同时阐明了边远地区高专即使升格为本科院校,也必须在办学观念上创新,必须根据人才市场的变化趋势对培养的学生重新定位,必须调整专业结构、更新教学内容及手段.

| Abstract: | This article analyzes some restricted factors influencing the training college into the undergraduate university, puts forward some thoughts to solve the funds by way of share and bond and BOT, in the meantime, expounds the college would innovate the school-running, relocate the students training according to the trend of personnel market, adjust the structure of faculties and renew the teaching contents and methods. |
