摘    要:全方位深松技术在农业生产过程中具有独特的优点 ,目前该技术己被许多地区采用 ,但是适合与我省动力相配套的机型还没有。作者通过多次试验研究和改进 ,设计出一种适合我省配套动力的机型。并借助实测结果和理论计算 ,对深松机的整机及其主要零部件进行了受力分析与计算 ,从而验证了其与主机的配套性能和其结构参数的合理性

Abstract:The deep loosing technique, which has been adopted in many areas, has its unique advantage in the process of agricultural production. But there isn't a type of machine fitting for the electric power of our province. The author has designed 1SQ 235 Model by doing a lot of tests. According to the results of tests and theoretic calculation, the author analyses and calculates the received force of the whole machine and its main parts. Thus, it would be safe to say that this new type of deep scarifier matches its main engine, and its structure parameters are reasonable.
