| Abstract: | This paper expounds the concept of GIS, introduces the application of GIS in Fenhe River’s watercourse dike management, and points out that this system is a geographic information management system based on the application of ARCGIS in watercourse dike management, which implements the dynamic management of the monitoring points and provides the decision-making foundation for managers. |
