| 摘 要： | 企业竞争力涵盖企业生存能力(显明竞争力)和企业发展能力(潜在竞争力)。企业竞争力的研究重点往往放在潜在竞争力上，或者用权重系数加重潜在竞争力的份额。为提升企业潜在竞争力引进现代项目管理十分必要。该文按项目管理学科特点设计反映企业潜力的各项指标和由它们组合而成的指标体系，以及对各项指标得分的统计方法。

| Abstract: | The capacity of competition of an enterprise covers the capacities of its existence (explicit competition) and development (potential competition). Study on the capacity of competition of an enterprise is usually focused on its capacity of potential competition, or putting weighting coefficients on it. Project management is very necessary for improvement of this capacity for an enterprise. According to features of project management, this paper designs indexes and a system of their combination which reflect the potential capacity of an enterprise and a statistic method for calculation of each of the indexes. |
