菲涅耳菱体的入射角效应

摘    要:利用全内反射相变方程,阐述了斜入射相位延迟原理,分析了菲涅耳菱体相位延迟随其入射角变化的规律性。结果表明:当光束非严格准直时,光的入射角对相位延迟量有明显的影响,并从理论上定量给出了单一波长的光连续入射时入射角随波长变化而变化的计算公式,作出了i-λ关系曲线,从而为延迟器件的调整和正确使用提供理论依据,满足精确测量及智能调控的需求,

Abstract:Based on the total-reflection phase transformation theory of the phase retardation,the principle of phase retardation with oblique incident angle is expounded.The law of the Fresnelrhomb phase retardation varing with the incident angle is analyzed.The result indicates that incident angle has the obvious influence to the phase retardation and calculation formula of incident angle varing with the wavelength is given in theory when the sole wavelength lights incidence continuously.We have the theoretical basis to adjust and correctly use phase retarder.So that the precise measuring and the intelligent regulation demand are satisfied.
