摘    要:建立了适应于热循环中热应力场的理论模型。分析了热障涂层内的热应力分布场。并计算出一个循环后热障涂层内的残余应力分布。由此可推算经过N次循环后热障涂层中总残余应力值。以达到预测热障涂层寿命的目的。

Abstract:In this paper, the thermal stress fields in thermal barrier coating has been analyzed for a thermal cycle. The residual stress distribution in thermal barrier coating afler a thermal cycle were calculated. The residual stress in ihennal barrier coaling afler many thermal cycles could also be oblained. It is found that the residual stress was compres-sive for the thermal barrier ceramic coaling in the cooling period. The compressive residual stress was due to the creep ef-fect in the ceramic coating. This residual stress would deduce the buckling of the coaling and therefore, the buckling would resull in the spallalion of the ceramic coaling. By the results, the critical residual compressive slress, which results in the buckling appearance of TBCs, would be known.
