煤矿"箕斗罐笼"的设计

摘    要:将箕斗与罐笼功能合并,设计一种新型的混合提升容器——箕斗罐笼。根据煤矿现场的需求,结合矿井的生产情况,从箕斗罐笼设计所面临的主要问题及约束条件入手,参照现行通用设备尺寸.依据设计实践中的探索过程,叙述了煤矿箕斗罐笼的设计思路。采用这一方法进行矿井改造,工作量小,能够完成中、小型“一井一面”矿井的全部提升任务。

Abstract:This paper proposes a new kind of mixed hoisting conveyance skip-cage by incorporating funct ions of skip and cage in it.According to the demand of the colliery scene and the production situation of the mines,the p aper starts with the analysis of main problems and constraint conditions in this designing and introduces a n ew approach to designing skip-cages for colliery.The design is performed with reference to the current size of eq uipment in common use and according to the process of exploration in designing practice.The adoption of the meth od in the transformation of the mines involves a lower workload and allows all hoisting tasks to be accomplished i n both medium-scale and small-scale"one mine one working face"type mines.
