二氧化锡修饰碳糊电极检测过氧化氢的研究

摘    要:利用二氧化锡修饰碳糊电极开展过氧化氢的检测.采用循环伏安法和电流-时间曲线法对H2O2进行测定.研究磷酸缓冲溶液的pH、二氧化锡修饰含量等因素对该修饰电极测定H2O2的影响.在优化实验条件(pH=5.7,SnO2与石墨的质量比为1∶5)下,H2O2检测线性范围在1.0×10-5~2.19×10-3 mol.L-1内,还原峰电流与H2O2浓度呈良好线性关系.检测限为2.5×10-6mol.L-1(S/N=3).该传感器具有制备简易、成本低廉、响应快、灵敏度高、稳定性好等特点,具有较好的应用前景.

Abstract:This paper developed a SnO2 modified carbon paste electrode as the detection of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) sensor.Hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) was determined by cyclic voltammetry and currenttime curve method.Phosphate buffer solution pH,SnO2 modified content and other factors,which may influence the determination of H2O2 were studied.Based on the above,potentiometric determination of H2O2 as achieved in pH was 5.7,and the quality proportion of SnO2 and graphite was 1∶5.The resulting SnO2 nanoparticles modified sensor showed a good sensitivity with a linear range of 1×10-5-2.19×10-3 mol·L-1(correlation coefficient R=0.999 2) and its detection limit was 2.5×10-6 mol·L-1(S/N=3).The preparation process of the proposed sensor was convenient,which showed high sensitivity,low detection limit and good stability.
