车用电液比例阀驱动与控制技术的研究

摘    要:为了满足车辆对比例阀驱动电路可靠、节能及体积小等方面的要求,在分析了比例阀工作原理及传统驱动技术的缺陷的基础上,提出了在车辆上应用PWM驱动技术必要性;并针对该驱动方式开环控制精度低的缺点引入了电流反馈闭环控制技术;最后,通过试验验证了该驱动控制技术的有效性.

Abstract:This paper attempts to work out how the proportional valve drive circuit meets the working condition of vehicle in reliability,saving energy and volume.The working principle of proportional valve and limitation of traditional drive technology are analyzed.The PWM drive technology is presented to satisfy the requirement of vehicle.The control system of current feedback is introduced to improve the control precision.At last,the validity of PWM drive cooperated with current feedback control technology is proved by experiment.
