铜对聚生角毛藻毒性效应的研究

摘    要:采用~(14)C示踪法结合细胞计数法研究铜对聚生角毛藻(chaetoceros socialis)的致毒效应。分析了铜对光合速率的影响,藻类对铜的吸收规律及其生长过程不同形态铜相对含量的变化。由此确定促进或抑制藻类生长的铜浓度和藻类对铜吸收的动力学方程式;讨论了铜对藻类产生毒性作用的主要形态以及EDTA、腐殖酸和水合氧化铁等环境化学因子对致毒效应的影响。

Abstract:Effects of copper toxicity to Chaetoceros socialis were studied by maens of 14C tracer method together with cell counting technique. Effects of Cu on photosynthetic rates,the alga absorption of Cu and the variations of relative contents of different forms of Cu during the growth period of the alga were respectively analyzed. Cu concentrations which were either promotive or inhibitive to the growth of the alga were quantitatively measured. The dynamic function of the alga absorption of Cuwas thereby derived. The main Cu forms which were toxic to the alga were determined. Effects of environmental chemical factors on toxicities to the alga,such as EDTA,humic acid and bydrated iron-oxide, were also discussed.
