摘    要:通过对内蒙古部分乡镇寄宿制中小学校学生的调查,结果表明:乡镇寄宿制小学生表现出较差的心理健康状态,在强迫、偏执、人际关系、焦虑和情绪不平衡方面达到轻微心理问题,分析其可能原因:寄宿制小学生不善于求助,亲子沟通较少,不善于处理人际矛盾,对学业压力存在不适应以及对住宿生活难以适应的原因。乡镇寄宿制中学生中,初中生心理健康问题较少,而高中生则在强迫、焦虑、学习压力和情绪不平衡方面表现出心理健康问题。究其原因为:高中学生面临的压力较初中生更为多元,在人际交往方面也表现出比初中生较大的压力。另外,大部分初中生都能正确面对挫折,但中学生中部分学生自制力较差。在此调查结果的基础提出相应的心理干预措施及辅导方法。

Investigation of Mental Health Status of Students in Boarding Schools in Economically Backward Areas in Inner Mongolia and Corresponding Intervention Measures
Abstract:This paper conducts an investigation on some rural boarding primary and secondary school students in part of the countries of Inner Mongolia. And the results show that: (1) Rural boarding primary school students are in poor health status and with some mild mental health problems in forced psychology, bigoted psychology, interpersonal relationship, anxiety and emotional imbalance. The possible reasons are:firstly, boarding primary school students are not good for help, and they do not good at dealing with inter-personal contradictions since don‘t have enough communication with their parents. Secondly the students are not adapted to academic stress and boarding school life. (2) There are fewer mental health problems in junior middle school students, while high school students have some mental health problems in forced psychology, anxiety, academic stress and emotional imbalance. The possible reasons are: Pressure of high school students is more diverse than that of the junior school students, and high school students also have more pressure in interpersonal relationship than junior middle school students. In addition, most of the junior middle school students are able to face the setbacks correctly, but some of them are with poor self-control ability. On the basis of the investigation results, the paper suggests some corresponding mental health intervention and guidance measures.
