新型直通囊式蓄能器滤波特性的研究

摘    要:目的工程上使用的囊式蓄能器,只能构成带阻滤波装置,在液压系统中的应用范围受到限制。因此,笔者专门研制了一种新型的具有低通滤波特性的直通囊式蓄能器。研究结果证明新研制的蓄能器动态性能高,滤波效果好,且结构简单,使用方便。本文还对蓄能器在系统中因安装位置带来的影响作了研究。

Abstract:Bag-type accumulators can only compose a band eliminationfilter,and its filtering effect is unsatisfactory.The authors of thispaper,therefore,develop a new-type accumulator which cancompose a low-pass filter.The study results prove that the new-type accumulator is higher in natural frequency,satisfactory withfiltereing effect,simple in construction and convenient in use.Inaddition,this paper disceusses the influence of assembling theaccumulator in different positions in a hydraulic system.
