摘    要:用微波辅助提取技术从粪鬼伞(Coprinus sterqulinus Fr.)菌丝体干粉中提取粪鬼伞多糖。在单因素试验的基础上,依据响应面分析法研究了微波功率、提取时间和料液比对粪鬼伞多糖提取率的影响,确定微波提取粪鬼伞多糖的最佳工艺参数为:微波功率637W、提取时间3min、料液比为1:23,粪鬼伞多糖的提取率为14.39%。

Abstract:The microwave-assisted technology is used to extract Coprinus sterqulinus Fr. polysaccharides (CPS) from the dried powder of Coprinus sterqulinus Fr. Based on single-factor experiments, the microwave power, extracting time and the ratio of solid to liquid are tested according to the response surface method. The optimal extraction conditions are. microwave power 637 W, extracting time 3 min, the ratio of solid to liquid 1 : 23. Under the conditions, the extracting rate of polysaccharide is 14.39%.
