摘    要:研究发现,N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺(NBS)在碱性介质条件下,可以氧化抗坏血酸,在荧光素的增敏作用下,产生较强的化学发光.基于此建立了测定痕量抗坏血酸的流动注射化学发光新方法.抗坏血酸在0.05~100μg/mL的浓度范围内与化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系,检测限为(3σ)8.7ng/mL,对0.5μg/mL的抗坏血酸连续测定11次,相对标准偏差为2.3%.将本方法用于抗坏血酸制剂和片剂含量的分析,并与药典标准方法对照,其结果比较一致,说明该方法准确、可靠.

Abstract:A new method for the determination of ascorbic acid with flow injection chemiluminescence was described. It is based on the chemiluminescence emitted during the oxidation of ascorbic acid by N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) in alkaline medium in the presence of fluorescein as energy transfer. This method is sensitive, simple, rapid and reproductively. The linear range of determination for ascorbic acid was 0.05~100 μg/mL with the relative standard deviation of 2.3% (C=0.5 μg/mL, n=11). The detection limit was 8.7 ng/mL(3σ). The results obtained for the assay of commercial pharmaceutical preparations compared well with those obtained by the standard methods and demonstrated good accuracy and precision.The recommended method has been successfully used for analysis of commercial formulation with satisfactory results.
