| 摘 要： | 烟苄酯合成工艺的研究及改进对实现其国产化具有积极意义。在实验中,将4-甲基苯乙酮还原成4-甲基-α-苯乙醇,将烟酸制成烟酰氯,两者再酯化合成烟苄酯。经正交实验,对上述合成工艺进行了优化。产品经纯化后,纯度达98%以上,收率可达70%。

| Abstract: | Study on the synthesis of 1-(4-Methylphenyl) ethylnicotinate is of positive significance for realizing its domestical production.In this experiment,4-methyl acetophenone was reduced to 1-(4-Methylphenyl) ethanol,and nicotinoyl chloride was prepared by nicotinic acid,then 1-(4-Methylphenyl)ethylnicotinate was synthesized from 1-(4-Methylphenyl) ethanol and nicotinoyl chloride.Though orthogonal experiment,synthesis technology had been optimized.The yield reaches 70%,the purity of product is above 98%. |
