摘    要:研究了一种气体传感器静态测试系统的电路设计原理和测量方法.采用匹配电阻串联分压的测试原理和微处理器程序控制技术,设计了匹配电阻自动切换电路和高精度工作电源、加热电源电路.提高了系统测试精度和测试范围.系统测试电路简单可靠;电源电压连续可调,可适应不同种类气体传感器的测试需求.

Abstract:A circuit design principle and a measuring method of gas sensor static testing system are investigated. Using the testing theory of the dividing voltage of matching series resistance and the control technology of the microprocessor process, we have designed the automatic switching circuit of the matching re- sistor and its high-precision working power and heating supply. It improves the precision and increases the test coverage of the testing system. The testing circuit is simple and reliable,and the voltage can be continuously adjusted so as to be adapted to different needs of gas sensors.
