| Abstract: | This essay introduces a method of teaching the concept of virtual displacement by using the principle of work of simple machines, and the combination of the concept of virtual displacement with the principle of virtual work.This method is proved to be an effective way of attacking the difficult points in the teaching of analytic mechanics. |
