| 摘 要： | 2，3，4-三-O-乙酰基-β-D-糖基异硫氰酸酯分别与1，4，5，6-四氢-6-哒嗪酮-3-甲酰肼1和1，6-二氢-6-哒嗪酮-3-甲酰肼2反应，制得4种硫脲，再将硫脲用氧化汞在CHCl3／H2O作用下脱硫化氢，制得新化合物糖基哒嗪酮碳二亚胺1c—1d和2c-2d．化合物的结构经^1HNMR，IR确定．

| Abstract: | By the reaction of 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-β-D-glucosyl isothiocyanate with 1,4,5,6-tetrahydro-6- pyridazinone-3-carboxylic acid hydrazides 1 and 1,6-dihydro-6-pyridazinone-3-Carboxylic acid hydrazides 2 furnished four thioureas. Then these thioureas were desulfurated and transformed into the corresponding glucosyl carbodiimides lc-ld and 2c-2d using HgO in CHCl3/H2O at room temperature. The structures of all compounds have been established by ^1H NMR and IR. |
