矿用立爪式装载机小臂油缸性能优化方法

摘    要:首先提出了矿用立爪式装载机的小臂油缸工作过程中存在的2个问题,然后针对这2个问题提出了优化方法,即采用缓冲油缸和差动油缸。用AMESim软件对缓冲油缸的效果进行了仿真分析.最后对差动油缸的速度和推力进行了计算,提出了比较合理的优化方案.

Abstract:Considering the two problems in the working process of the arm cylinder of a mine verticality arm loader,this paper raises two optimization methods which use buffering cylinder and differential cylinder for the two problems.Simulation and analysis were done on the effect of buffering cylinder by using AMESim software.Finally,the speed and thrust of differential cylinder were calculated,and then more reasonable optimization plan was proposed.
