摘    要:风险评价是油气管线管理信息系统的重点之一,在参考国内外风险评价的参考体系后,建立了油气管线风险评价的计算方法及评价模型,运用MapInfo提供的二次开发语言MapBasie编程实现了管线的风险评价模块,并最终得以验证.该风险评价模块编程的实现,可诊断出油气管线的“健康”状况,做到预知性维护管理,实现了管道运行维护管理的科学化.

Abstract:The risk assessment is the management key of gas-oil pipeline management information system.For the long time,it is the focus how to proceed efficient risk management.This paper has established the gas-oil pipeline computation method and risk assessment model after referring to the overseas and inland risk assessment system.The authors have carried out the function through program using the second development language MapBasic supplied by MapInfo.The program can diagnose its "health" condition,supply scientific guide for our country gas-oil pipeline safety and risk assessment and realize the predictable dependence and scientific management.
