HB-CPS智能控制器、变频器在稳压供水系统中的应用

摘    要:介绍一种用HB-CPS·智能多功能数字式控制器和变频器的控制策略,并自动地调整泵的运行台数和电机的转速。利用控制器内置的PID调节变频器的输出,实现闭环自动调节、使水压稳定供水。运行结果表明,该控制系统在管网流量变化时具有稳定供水压力,经多年应用,系统工作可靠稳定和节约电能明显等特点。

Abstract:This paper introduces a control strategy HB-CPS·Intelligent multifunction digital controller and inverter used, and automatically adjust the number of units and the operation of the pump motor speed. Use the built-in PID controller to adjust the output of the inverter to achieve closed-loop automatic adjustment, so that the water pressure stable water supply. The result shows that the control system has a stable water pressure in the pipe network flow changes, after years of use, the system is reliable and stable and significantly save energy and so on.
