火力发电厂高温过热器爆管分析

摘    要:针对广州发电厂3号锅炉高温过热器发生爆管的情况,通过化学成分分析、力学性能试验和金相检验,认定原管子材质符合设计要求。在金相检验中,发现爆管处存在大量蠕变孔洞及裂纹,从而判定此次爆管是在高温和外弧切向最大拉应力作用下引起的蠕变脆性断裂造成的。

Abstract:The tube bursting reasons for the high_temperature superheater of NO.3 boiler in the plant were analyzed by means of chemical analysis,mechanical testing and metallographic examination,and the test results showed that the original tube material satisfied the design demand.In the metallographic examination,many creep cavities and micro_cracks were observed in the bursting tube,hence it was concluded that the bursting was caused by the creep embrittlement resulting from high temperature and bow_shape best pull stress.
