| Abstract: | Giving a new definition for the rate of entropy production is a proof method adopted in some papers published recent years to guarantee that the rate is non-negative. In fact,this method is improper. The mistake results mainly from the following hypothesis:The first order correction of the heat conduction equation is tenable for all parameters in physics. |
