摘    要:论述了径、轴向辗环机轧制计算机辅助工程(CAE)的结构与功能,分析了CAE系统模型的建立方法及矩形截面环轧制的几何运动学关系.给出了CAE系统在满足各种轧制约束条件下的优化轧制规程及相应的毛坯设计方法

Abstract:The structure and function of a computer aided engineering (CAE) system for radial axial ring rolling mill including the moduli for data input, deformation analysis, blank optimization, digital simulation, process control and performance assessment are proposed. The CAE system is capable of carrying out the complete process of ring rolling, right from the CAD and CA analysis of the blank layout at the beginning to the final formation of rolled pieces in the end. Various constraints have been taken into consideration, such as those of the motor torque and power, the rolling force, the defect, the hydraulic servo system and the finishing operation. The optimal rolling procedures are proposed based on the fact that within the overall rollable range the rolling time is a minimum, thus making full use of the capacity of the rolling mill.
