关于武术套路技术程序教学的研究

本文通过武术教学实验,结果表明:程序教学法对帮助学生掌握正确的动作方法、要领、规格和套路演练技巧、培养武术意识,发展学生的智力和能力,具有明显效益。同时还能缩短教学的时间,提高教学效率。故程序教学法是一种比较理想的武术教学法。

The Teaching Research about Wushu Routine's Technical Program

The following article,through the experiment of Wushu teaching,shows the result that the program teaching is helpful for the students to masten the correct way of movement, the spinit, the quality and the training skill of Routine.It has obvious benefit in culfivating the Wushu consciousness and in developing the students' intelligence and abclity.At the same time, it can also reduce the teaching time and improve the teaching efficiency.Therefore the method of program toaching is a Sort of ixdeal Wushu teaching method.
