| 摘 要： | 文章以高职英语教师的视角，结合自身教学实践，从中国高职饭店英语教学的现状入手，分析了高职饭店英语教学存在的问题和就问题进行的改革，以期达到适应高职教育的发展趋势，形成具有中国特色的高职饭店英语教学体系的目的，最后提出要进行饭店英语教学改革。就必须改革教学观念、教学模式、教学方法、教学手段等。

| Abstract: | The hotels in China are receiving more and more foreign friends and business guests. Therefore, Hotel English is becoming more and more important nowadays. The author, as an English teacher of a vocational college, analyzes the problems in the English teaching and then makes some reforms in the Hotel English teaching. The aim of this paper is to improve Hotel English teaching and meet the needs of the society. |
