| Abstract: | In recent years, the spokesman system in universities has emerged with the widespread and fast development of the spokesman System in China. This paper demonstrates the necessities for universities to establish the spokesman system in such aspects as the response to media popularization, the publicity university affairs, the modem management, the need to meet the public demand as well as the disposal of emergency. |
