| 摘 要： | 为减少湖南省普通高校专升本工作管理人员的工作量，降低报名和录取工作的出错率，确保专升本工作的可操作性、客观性、及时性和可靠性，提出了基于Web的专升本信息管理平台的设计思路，阐述其关键技术，并给出了平台实现的过程.实践测试验证了该平台设计方案的正确性，实现了用户注册、登录、网上报名及信息发布与结果查询等功能，达到了该平台设计的预期目标.

| Abstract: | The design and the main functional modules of online undergraduate information management platform based on Web are developed to reduce the workload and the error rate in registration and admission，and thus to ensure the operability，objectivity，timeliness and reliability of the management.Tests and actual operations prove that the platform design is valid for user registration，login，online application，and information query. |
