| 摘 要： | 科技侦查不但在各类侦查工作中应用广泛而且侦查效果显著,是应对新形势下侦查工作的必然选择和发展趋势.现阶段我国科技侦查在理论研究中存在的主要问题是科技侦查基本模式研究滞后.科技侦查模式的构建离不开信息这一中介及核心,科技侦查信息理论的运用有利于推动科技侦查模式的构建.

| Abstract: | Technical reconnaissance not only widely used in all kinds of criminal cases,but also deal with the new situation effectively.It's an inevitable trend in the development of investigation.the main existing problems in technical reconnaissance is a basic model research lag,the construction of investigation is inseparable from the information theory,and the lack of this theory will hinder the construction of technology investigation. |
