| 摘 要： | 创业型技术创新是一种创业和技术创新结合的技术创新类型。和既有企业的技术创新及非技术含量的创业比较,创业型技术创新呈现了较高的技术含量、更高的风险性、技术和资本联姻更紧密、需要更多的社会条件支撑等特点;在创业型技术创新过程中,技术原核经历了构思和雏样的形成、孵化、生产性开发、市场推广、持续发展中的再创业等一系列过程,实现了生产要素的新组合,诞生出一个新企业,同时创业者完成了从发明家到企业家的角色蜕变。
