| 摘 要： | 高校的自主创新活动具有探究性、自由性、自主性、自发性、非线性、不确定性与超循环性。高校自主创新是高校在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务等方面向更高层次和更有序方向演化的自组织过程,是高校在与外部环境相互作用的基础上,发挥自身的人才、知识、信息、思想等创新优势,协同整合各种创新要素,使创新成果不断得到涌现的过程。
