| 摘 要： | 加强新建本科院校纪检监察组织机构和队伍建设,不断提高纪检监察干部履职能力,是地方新建本科院校做好新形势下反腐倡廉工作的首要前提。通过对福建省几所新建本科院校纪检监察组织机构和队伍建设情况的调查研究,针对当前存在的主要问题,提出加强新建本科院校纪检监察组织机构和队伍建设的对策建议。
