A Systems-theory-based Analysis of the in-order Translation of Agriculture Innovation

This article takes the View of Scientific Development as its guide, uses systems theories and methods, and considers by making a general study of the integrate relativity and interactivity that the translation from agricultural innovation into real productivity can be described by the open ＂agricultural technology and industrial system＂ model.
