农业科技成果有序转化的系统学分析

摘    要:本文以科学发展观为指导,运用系统理论和方法,在深刻把握事物的整体相关性和互动性的基础上,认为农业科技成果向现实生产力的转化可以运用开放的"农业科技-产业系统"来描述。通过考察这一系统的形成和有序演化,可以得出系统的开放性是农业科技成果有序转化的前提条件,随机涨落是农业科技成果有序转化的内部诱因,非线性相互作用是农业科技成果有序转化的根本机制。准确把握这些规律,就会促进农业科技成果的有序转化。

Abstract:This article takes the View of Scientific Development as its guide, uses systems theories and methods, and considers by making a general study of the integrate relativity and interactivity that the translation from agricultural innovation into real productivity can be described by the open "agricultural technology and industrial system" model. By seeking about this system and its in -order evolvement, we can draw this conclusion that the openness of the system is the precondition for the in - order translation of agricultural innovation, that chaotic fluctuation is the inner cause of the in - order translation of techno- logical innovation in agriculture, and that nonlinear function is the basic principle of the in - order trans- lation of technological innovation in agriculture. Thus, a nicety grasp of the above laws is sure to acceler- ate the translation of technological innovation in agriculture.
