西藏地勘现状及环保策略研究

地勘作为探明自然矿产资源的一种必要方法,在创造巨额资源性财富的同时,对自然环境有着一定的破坏。西藏矿产资源丰富,但生态环境脆弱,科学勘探与保护环境二者之间如何良性循环与互动,是西藏地勘工作和环境保护主管部门需要持续研究的重大课题。文章认为,在地勘作业中要实现地勘效益与环境保护两方面的目标,需要从地勘规划、方法与细节以及形成自觉的环境保护意识等方面着手。

Study on Status of Geological Survey and Environmental Protection Strategy in Tibet

Geological survey is as a necessary method to find out the mineral resources and it can create enor-mous resource wealth while causes certain damage on the natural environment as well. Tibet is rich in mineral re-sources, but its ecological environment is fragile as well. Therefore a positive circulation and interaction betweenthe utilization of mineral resources and environmental protection has been an important research issue for geolog-ical survey bureau and environmental protection department in Tibet. The present paper considered that de-tailed planning, methods and formation of environmental protection awareness are needed in the geological explo-ration in order to achieve both goals of efficient geological survey and environmental protection.
