摘    要:利用非线性反函数校正和构造反函数发生器方法,从而使非线性系统改造成为与实际物理过程相一致的不失真线性化模型,并通过在电感测微仪系统中进行应用实验,对反函数校正理论的应用方法和效果作了进一步的说明和验证。

Abstract:The nonlinearity of the measurement and control system is usualy linerized in the way of least squaremethod,first approximation etc.therefore,a nonlinearerror is generated which limits the accuracy and performanceof the system.In this paper,the theory of inverse function correction is put forth and the way to build a generator ofthe inverse function is also given.By inserting a generator of inverse function,the measurment and control systemcan be retrefitted into a non-distortion linear model that is consistent with the correction are further explained andverified by examples
